I am David Luitpold Nothaft – systemic consultant, leading constellations, DeepPlay coaching sessions and seminars
For 15 years I have set up two cafés in Berlin, led teams and trained over 200 people and accompanied them in their development. Then a personal incision led me to reorient my life – and ask myself a few basic questions:
What am I really good at? What is my calling? When does work feel like playing?
The answers took me back to what has always moved me: people, systems, games.
I sold my companies and followed my real calling. My path led me to the SySt® Institute Munich – to Matthias Varga von Kibéd, Dr. Gunther Schmidt, Daan van Kampenhout and other leading systemic teachers in Europe.
Today I create spaces in which people discover new perspectives through play, encounter and systemic processes, solve stuck patterns - and arrive where work, life and play come together again.
Playful. Easy. And at the same time deep.
