Why are systemic constellations and hypnosis so effective?

Because they address your brain precisely where change begins. Studies show that we process spatial information particularly well. By arranging floor anchors, internal processes become visible – you recognize connections, gain new perspectives, and make targeted decisions.

By actively engaging in a coaching process, you use an effective problem-solving mechanism – similar to a flight simulator, where you can play through different scenarios and test optimal solutions.

Hypnosis supports this process by activating your subconscious. This allows you to release blockages, change entrenched patterns, and seize new opportunities for your personal or professional development.

With systemic coaching, you gain clarity, make informed decisions, and turn your goals into reality step by step.

Coaching process – Your path to change

My sessions

Session 1:

Experience your goal

The first session isn't just about formulating your goal—it's about experiencing it emotionally. Only when you truly feel what it feels like to have achieved your goal can you clearly align your focus.

With the Miracle Question and a light trance state, you'll immerse yourself in your future self. This intense experience creates clarity and motivation. Through targeted questions, we'll discover your resources and determine the first steps for you to actively implement them.

Session 2:

The path to the goal

Now it's time to visualize the path to your goal. Using a systemic constellation and ground anchors, we spatially organize your goal. This makes potential hurdles and unconscious blockages visible – and allows them to be resolved in a targeted manner.

The meta-perspective opens up new possibilities for action. You recognize which steps are necessary and how to overcome obstacles.

For sustainable change

For long-term development, I recommend at least two sessions at short intervals. After about two months, a final session can help reflect on your progress and permanently anchor your change.

I've led my own teams – with up to 23 employees – for over 15 years as an entrepreneur and managing director and know what it means to take responsibility, make decisions under pressure, and stay true to yourself. Today, I coach founders, executives, and private individuals – as a systemic coach (IfBC) with offices in Cape Town, Potsdam, and Berlin.
