Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days. No reason needs to be given for the withdrawal.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (e.g. the binding booking of a coaching service via this website).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me

You must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) that you wish to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, all payments I have received from you will be refunded immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received your cancellation notice.

I will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the agreed service has been fully performed and the performance of the service only began after you

1. have expressly agreed that I will begin the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and

2. I have confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon my full performance of the contract.

Booking information

By booking a coaching session via this website, you expressly agree that I may begin providing the service before the end of the cancellation period. You also confirm that you are aware that the right of cancellation expires upon full completion of the service.
